1. General Policy

Due to the nature of surfboard materials and custom products, returns are limited.

Please inspect items upon receipt.

2. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by customer
• Project cancellations

3. Custom Items

Custom orders including:

• Cut foam blanks
• Special imports
• Mixed resins
• Custom kits

are non-refundable.

This aligns with common surf industry practice where custom boards or materials are typically excluded from returns.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is defective:

Notify us within 48 hours with:

• Photos
• Description
• Order details

We will:

• Replace
• Repair
• Offer credit

at our discretion.

5. Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

• Items must be unused
• In original condition
• With proof of purchase

Return transport costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit.

Processing time may vary.

7. Delivery Damage

If damage occurs during transport:

Report immediately upon delivery.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened chemicals
• Resin or fiberglass once opened
• Used tools
• Clearance items
